Extensive management experience with fab, assembly and test houses managing flows from startups to $1Billion revenues. Holds a Masters degree in Finance from the University of Kerala, India and MBA from City University, Washington. Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).
 Antonio R. Alvarez : President and CEO, Leadis Technology, Inc.

Antonio R. Alvarez, Tony has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Leadis Technology Inc., since November 29, 2005. Mr. Alvarez is a veteran with over 25 years experience in the semiconductor industry. Mr. Alvarez served as an Executive Vice President, Memory Products Division of Cypress Semiconductor Corporation from April 1999 to July 2005 and served as an Executive Officer since 1993. Mr. Alvarez served as Senior Vice President of research and development from 1991 to 2001. He joined Cypress in May 1987 as a senior technical engineer. He was transferred to Cypress Semiconductor Corp.'s former subsidiary, Aspen Semiconductor Corporation, in April 1988 as the Manager of BiCMOS technology. For seven years, Mr. Alvarez was responsible for Cypress' SRAM, non-volatile memory and imaging products. During his tenure, he led the successful growth of their SRAM business in becoming a leading supplier, expanded the imaging business via acquisitions, and effectively incubated their specialty DRAM business. Prior to joining Cypress, he held various technical engineering positions at Motorola, Inc. In October 1989, Mr. Alvarez returned to the corporate office of Cypress Semiconductor Corporation as Vice President, Research and Development and in February 1993, he became responsible for Fab 1 when it was merged with the research and development department. Mr. Alvarez has been a Director of Leadis Technology Inc. since November 29, 2005. He has been a Director of Chipmos Technologies (bermuda) Ltd. since July 2005. He serves as Director serves as Validity Sensors, Inc. He serves on Electrical Engineering Department's Advisory Board of Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a Member of the Institute for Electrical and Electronic Engineers. Mr. Alvarez holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

 Rao Cherukuri : Founder & Chairman of Euclid Networks, Co-Founder Ramp Networks

A serial entrepreneur and Silicon Valley veteran, Rao is responsible for the architecture and delivery of Euclid's hosted services based on the industry leading BizSmart IT Management Suite. His distinguished track record with successful startups includes co-founding Flow Wise Networks which was later acquired by Network Equipment Technologies, co-founding Ramp Networks which went public and was later acquired by Nokia. Prior to that, Rao led several innovative technology development efforts at Unisys and startups. An expert in Internet networking and datacenter management technologies, Rao has patents pending in these areas. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Regional Engineering College, Trichy, India.
